The front desk experience could improve with more welcoming staff!!! The sliding door in the room needs repair, and the blinds allow too much light in, making it hard to sleep comfortably!!!

we had a great stay at cousins country inn! the room was super clean and cozy, like being at home. the staff were really nice and helpful, especially at the restaurant, which had some seriously good food! plus, they even had a hot tub to relax in, which was a nice touch. i totally recommend this place if you’re ever in the dalles!
